Gerry Washack (Co Owner)
I believe with the right dedication, work ethic, guidance and nutrition that your fitness goals can be reached. Being ACE certified, I possess more than adequate knowledge of the human body as well as the proper techniques to improve your quality of life. I have been involved in athletics, nutrition and fitness for more than 10 years and was involved in collegic baseball. I get a huge sense of satisfaction from seeing my clients obtain their goals and feel better about themselves. When training with me I ask my clients to be ready to work but more importantly be ready to see results. |

Ron (Trainer)
After competing in 3 sports in high school and 3 more in college, I found my path, personal training and nutrition. Helping others achieve results that they aspire to have. At Montana State , I received a master’s degree in Health and Human Performance. This was education based, so the teaching of fitness and sports related activities come naturally for me. I have been a successful personal trainer for the last 11 years and it is my passion. I am a master motivator and look forward to working with a lot more clients in the Coachella Valley . |
