CLASSES OFFERED AT NEXT LEVEL FITNESS
FITCAMP is for people of all skills and ages. You should expect an hour long class packed with cardio work, strength training and core work. We utilize punching bags, medicine balls, dumbells, exercise bands, body weight exercises and much more.
HARDCORE KICKBOXING Not only will you be punching and kicking your way to a leaner stronger body, you will have a great time doing it. We incorporate full body exercises to add some spice to your nonstop workout!
NO IMPACT KICKBOXING No Impact Kickboxing is a “Tae-Bo style” class that involves use of the major muscle groups in a continuous rhythmic and choreographed routine designed to maintain contact with the group fitness floor.
YOGA Many people think that yoga is just stretching. But while stretching is certainly involved, yoga is really about creating balance in the body through developing both strength and flexibility. This is done through the performance of poses or postures, each of which has specific physical benefits. The poses can be done quickly in succession, creating heat in the body through movement or more slowly to increase stamina and perfect the alignment of the pose.
PILATES Pilates is a mind-body workout designed to strengthen your muscles and core through a series of slow controlled exercises. In this class we will incorporate the use of the stability ball, dumbbells and bodyweight exercises.
BODY SCULPTING This hour long class was designed to target the problem areas of women. We will incorporate the use of dumbbells, stability ball, exercise bands and body weight exercises to shed those unwanted pounds.
FITKIDS Ages 6-12 The goal of this program is to keep kids physically active and energized while having fun! Our programs are filled with exciting fitness games, basic hand-eye coordination exercises, agility movements, outrageous obstacle courses, and playful activities designed especially for the appropriate age groups. Instruction is geared to help educate children in fitness, nutrition, teamwork, and safety in a friendly, fun environment.
YOUTH DANCE This class is for all ages. You will learn routines that are derived from steps from various dances (jazz, hip hop, etc). Not only will you be learning dance, you will have a great time doing it!
TRU MIXED MARTIAL ARTS Tru MMA was founded by Cub Swanson and Mike Mirelez, two professional fighters whose records speak for themselves. Let them teach you everything you need to know to become a well rounded professional fighter. If you want to be the best, you need to train with the best!
Ballroom Dancing Learn many different types of dancing in this fun and educational class. Some of the dances learned are Swing, Rumba, Tango, Waltz, Cha Cha and more! Bring a Date, come Solo leave enlightened.
Butts and Guts 30 minute class that gets straight to the point. We focus strictly on your booty and your belly.
Aqua Aerobics jam out to music in our immaculate outdoor pool in the beautiful Palm Desert sun. Get a great workout and have a blast doing it.
