Freak Camp is the highest intensity class in the Desert. If you are currently in shape and want to power up your workouts this class is for you.
Expect a high energy class like no other. There are both Men and Women's Classes available.
Men's classes are Monday and Wednesday @1pm Women's Classes are Tuesday and Thursday @8am and Saturday @7am
