*Fit
Camp is for people of all skill levels and ages. You should expect
an hour long class packed with cardio work, strength, balance and core
training. We use dumbells, medicine balls, exercise balls, body weight
exercises and much more.
*Ron Camp is the highest intensity
class we offer. If you are currently in shape and want to power up your
workouts this class if for you. Expect a high energy class like no other.
*Cardio Kickboxing is different
from the other 'tae bo' type classes out there. We actually focus on
form and self defense as well as CARDIO. The attendees work on hitting
pads, heavy bags, learn kicking, punching, elbows, and knees. During
the class we incorporate exercises of all types i.e. jump rope, squats,
sit ups, exercise ball work, medicine balls, lower back exercises and
strengthening your core. All ages and skill levels can and do attend.
*Cardio Hip Hop will teach the
latest dance steps while having an calorie burning workout. These
easy-to-follow moves will help increase flexibility and coordination,
improve muscle tone and increase strength. Move your body like
it’s never been moved before. No dance experience required
because all techniques will be taught step-by-step. Loose those
inhibitions - Cardio Hip Hop is all about having fun and staying healthy!
*Kids Jiu Jitsu ages 10 and up teaches the basics of the submission wrestling
as well as brazilian jiu jitsu.
* Exercise Classes for Children 10
and up will have a maximum of 6 kids to ensure proper instruction. The
Class will focus on functional exercises, plyometrics, agility drills
and sports nutrition. This is great for budding athletes and keeping
your children active in the summer. |
