Cardio Kickboxing: Our class is different from the other 'tae bo' type classes out there. We actually focus on form and self defense as well as CARDIO. The attendees work on hitting pads, heavy bags, learn kicking, punching, elbows, and knees. A typical class lasts 1 hour. During the class we incorporate the whole body by doing some of the following i.e. jump rope, squats, sit ups, exercise ball work, medicine balls, lower back exercises and strengthening your core. All ages and skill levels can and do attend.
