30 Minute W.O.W
Women's Only 30 Minute Workout or W.O.W is a circuit training class held in a seperate room as the rest of the gym.
There is a supervisor on hand to make sure you know when to switch machines, have proper form, and are supplied with a great deal of motivation. |
